Slot requests

Vagar Airport/EKVG is classified as IATA Level 2 airport (schedules faciliteted) which makes it mandatory to apply for slots via SCR/SMA requests.

Extra opening

For flights scheduled outside opening hours  opening, please send required opening request form directly to airport on upplating@floghavn.fo. If approved an opening fee will be charged.

For overnight parking approval from airport is required.

Approval from external handling agent is also required for flights scheduled outside airport opening hours.
